Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
ENSOBIT d.o.o. ("Ensobit", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Croatian law.
1. Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is ENSOBIT d.o.o., Ulica Savezne Republike Njemačke 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (OIB: 62091873389).
For any questions regarding this policy or the processing of your personal data, you can contact us at info@ensobit.com.
2. Data We Collect
We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide or that is necessary for the operation of this website:
- Contact and support data you submit through our forms — your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, and the content of your message or support request.
- Technical data collected automatically — IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, used for security and to understand how the site is used.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
We process your personal data for the following purposes and legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:
- To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you — based on your consent and our legitimate interest in answering requests.
- To operate, secure and improve the website — based on our legitimate interest.
- To comply with legal obligations, where applicable.
4. Cookies and Analytics
This website uses only the cookies necessary for its basic functionality, including a cookie that remembers your preferred language.
For aggregate traffic statistics and performance monitoring we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These tools do not use tracking cookies and do not identify individual visitors. You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings.
5. Service Providers and Third-Party Processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers acting on our instructions, or where required by law. These providers may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, subject to appropriate safeguards:
- Vercel — hosts this website and provides cookieless, aggregate analytics and performance monitoring.
- Formspree, Inc. — delivers messages submitted through our contact form.
- OpenAI — analyses the support request description to categorise and prioritise it.
- Atlassian (Jira Service Management) — stores and manages support tickets.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) — protects our forms against automated abuse.
The threat statistics shown on our threat map are retrieved by our servers from public third-party sources (Cloudflare Radar and the SANS Internet Storm Center). No personal data about you is shared with these sources.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — for example, for the duration of our correspondence and any resulting business relationship — and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations.
7. Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Access to your data is limited to personnel who need it to perform their duties.
8. Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@ensobit.com. Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- request restriction of, or object to, processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand;
- lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) if you believe your rights have been infringed.
9. Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version, together with its date, is always published on this page.
