Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 July 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website of ENSOBIT d.o.o. ("Ensobit", "we", "us"), including the support portal and the threat map pages. By using this website you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful, personal and business purposes related to learning about and contacting Ensobit. You must not misuse the website — including attempting unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, submitting false or abusive requests through our forms, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it.
2. Intellectual Property
The content of this website — texts, graphics, the Ensobit name and logo, and the underlying design — is owned by Ensobit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify it without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on this website (such as technology vendors and certification bodies) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.
3. Information Provided “As Is”
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional or contractual advice. While we keep the content accurate and up to date, we make no warranties as to its completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Threat Data and Third-Party Sources
The threat map and related statistics display data from third-party public sources (such as the SANS Internet Storm Center) and publicly reported incidents compiled from media reports. This data reflects the observations of those sources, may be incomplete, and is provided for awareness purposes only. Ensobit is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data and it must not be relied upon as a security assessment.
5. Support Portal
The support portal allows you to submit a support request that creates a ticket in our service desk. Submitting a request does not by itself create a service contract, guaranteed response time or other obligation, unless agreed otherwise in a separate agreement between you (or your organisation) and Ensobit. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the portal fairly.
6. Links to Third-Party Websites
This website contains links to external websites (for example, news sources for reported incidents). We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ensobit shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the information published on it. The website is provided free of charge and on an “as available” basis.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data collected through this website is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, together with its date, is always published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
