Can you work with our existing infrastructure?
We start with your existing environment and requirements. The assessment helps determine what can be retained, what needs improvement and where a change is justified.
How is disruption managed during migration?
Migration planning considers dependencies, maintenance windows, validation and rollback options. The approach and any expected interruption are agreed before implementation.
Does the engagement include ongoing support?
Implementation and ongoing support can be scoped together. Monitoring coverage, response times and escalation arrangements are defined in the service agreement.
